Note, we don't have a payment processor. You will have to log into your payment system and send dues directly. We prefer you send by Zelle to [email protected] , or by Venmo to @campcontact (last four of phone: 1082) also works well, and there's no risk of paying fees. If you're using PayPal, please ensure you send it as Friends and Family to [email protected].
Dues amounts listed are sliding scale. Please pick the amount in the listed range that resonates most with what you'd like to contribute financially to camp. Thank you for your generosity.
Dues are fully refundable up until May 31st without an admin fee.
Dues are refundable up until July 31st, Dues are refundable less a $50 administrative fee.*
If you want to cancel between August 1st and August 15th, Dues are 1/2 your dues are refundable.*
After August 15th, dues are not typically refundable, except for special circumstances.*
* We work together as a group to ensure everyone gets a ticket who wants to camp with us. In the weird case someone can't obtain a Burning Man ticket, and has generally followed suggestions for doing so, their dues are fully refundable if we can't find a ticket for them by the Friday before Build week starts (August 18, 2023).
If your application to camp is denied, and you have already paid dues, you will receive a full refund.
Please make individual payments for each item you're paying for. If you're paying for two people to come, please send in separate payments for each of them. Or, if you're paying for a ticket and for dues, please send funds for the ticket and for the dues in separate payments. Thanks!
